Mrs. Nkechi Adipueagwanihu is a seasoned banker, and her banking experience spans over 25 years across commercial bank, Mortgage bank, and the Microfinance subsector, across various functions and departments at top management level. Nkechi is a result-oriented professional with consistent track record of exceeding targets, and she has cognate experience in product management, marketing management, customer relations, business development, compliance management, financial management, and human relations. She is a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and negotiating skills with excellence relationship with both customers and other stakeholders. Her penchant for teamwork and excellence cannot be overemphasized.

 

Nkechi is an alumnus of Yaba College of Technology, and she has attended numerous banking and management courses within and outside Nigeria. Nkechi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and a Chartered member of Microfinance bankers, as well as a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). and the Association of Professional Women Bankers.
