Peter Ehimhen is the Chief Executive officer (CEO) of the Company, and he is an illustrious investor, entrepreneurial and financial expert, with fervent belief in good corporate governance practice and promotion of human capital development. Peter is actively involved in the creation of opportunities for economic development, especially corporate turnaround, employment of young population, instrumental to channeling surplus funds to the deficit sectors of the economy. He is a highly resourceful financial service and risk management expert as well as a business builder. With experience spanning over thirty (30) years, Peter has made a remarkable accomplishment across a spectrum of economic sectors including oil & gas, management consulting, insurance, pensions, banking, real estate, and asset and funds management.

Peter is a graduate of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology and had his post-graduate studies, MSc in Risk Management and MBA in Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University UK and University of Nigeria, respectively. He garnered his robust financial services career through Industrial and General Insurance Company Limited, Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, Corporate Shelter Risk Management Company Limited, Royal Exchange Plc, Access Bank Plc and then Wapic Insurance Plc (now Coronation Insurance Plc.).

Peter is a certified chartered member of the following professional bodies: Associate Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Institute of Risk Management London, and Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers Nigeria. He sits on the board of several companies and has attended various leadership courses in Nigeria institutions (including Lagos Business School) and abroad.
